| Nursing Team |
The Health Care Center at Champaign Urbana Regional Rehab Center™ offers a compassionate and dignified approach to nursing care. Our goal is for each individual to return to their prior level of function. Upon admission, our competent and caring Nursing Team assess each resident’s unique needs.
The staff at Champaign Urbana Regional Rehab Center™ offers 24-hour nursing care and supervision. We provide close medical supervision, which may include assistance with dressing, bathing, walking, eating and the administration of medication.
In addition, we work in partnership with your medical team and all medical resources to evaluate drug interactions to ensure that you are receiving your maximum health benefits from your medications. |
| Approach to Health Care |
Our team, consisting of, Nursing, Dietary, Activities, Social Services and Therapy departments meet as a group to begin formulating a plan of care for each individual resident. This also includes the assistance from other health care professionals, clergy, support organizations and/or family members.
Family members are invited to attend personal conferences to discuss, change and modify the prescribed plan of care. This approach has given our unique Health Care Center a formidable reputation of being a first class health care provider. Our wellness philosophy encourages residents to live a full and balanced lifestyle. |
